Shattered Glass

Broken bruised hurt, torn shattered rejected, I am sure all of us have felt at least one of these descriptive words. Brokenness hurts and it shatters our hearts but there is a healer. Being broken it feels like nobody is there and life is hard to put together but it isn't in our hand to put life back together it is Jesus's duty. When we give him all of our broken pieces he makes a master piece out of them. He turns the ugly into beautiful. He picks up all the pieces and puts them back together so perfectly. I was on a walk the other day and I came to a pile of broken glass it made me think that out of anger somebody prolly threw that bottle on the ground and it shattered. Well isn't that what we do so many times is get angry at our brokenness our hurt our pain and just say we are done? But really what we need to do is just give it all to God. He will make it phenomenally better. He hears our cries and he is right there with you. And also something that just came to my mind is this song verse "in the place of suffering there is a GOD worth worshiping." Worship is the greatest weapon against brokenness because it takes a whole lot of guts to stand up to the pain and say no my God is bigger and he deserves all my praise. No matter what season you are in God is still good and we have a reason to worship him. Seasons come and go brokenness comes and go but our God remains and he is a healer and a supporter. He know all about pain but he knows more about his love. His love will mend together all hurt and pain and in the end he does WORK EVERYTHING OUT FOR THE GOOD. Well that is all I guess I have to say.
